Commissioned in 5 Parachute battalion in1981. The formative years were gainfully utilized in grooming the officer to hold important assignments . Took part in IPKF operations in Sri Lanka, Counter Insurgency operatios in Nagaland and Manipur. Commanded Parachute Brigade and later a Division in J&K.

The Officer also completed United Nations assignment in Liberia (Africa). Attended Defence Management College and National Defence College as part of gaining experience in Defence matters. The Officer finally retired from military service in Mar 2017.

A retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from the Indian Army Medical Corps, Subedar Dharminder Pal brings over 30 years of distinguished service in healthcare, operations, leadership, and administration. His extensive experience in medical care, team management, and organizational coordination enables him to lead Sab Ka Rakha's projects with discipline, compassion, and efficiency.

As Project Manager, he oversees the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's initiatives, ensuring that every project is executed with transparency, accountability, and a strong commitment to community welfare. His leadership plays a vital role in strengthening Sab Ka Rakha's mission of providing dignified elder care and fostering sustainable community development.
